Multiple Accuracy Levels Available with Both GPS 1 and GPS 2 Receivers

EZ-Boom - Auto Boom and Rate Control Cut farm input costs immediately using the EZ-Boom automated boom swithching and spray rate controller system for your next field application. Now, using GPS up to ten boom sections can be automatically turned on and off to avoid overspray and untreated gaps on end rows - resulting in more precise application for all field work and less demands on the operator when navigating headlands, waterways, and other demanding driving situations.
AUTOMATED BOOM SWITCHES Ten user defined boom sections use GPS positions from the EZ-Guide Plus lightbar or the Trimble Autopilot system to automatically detect boom sections that need to be turned on or off for precise coverage. The ten switches can also be used for manual control of boom sections.	RATE SWITCHES The R1 and R2 switches can be set to predefined rates so when changing from one application to another it's just a flick of the switch to change the application rate. Using the manual switch holds the current flow independent of speed and the number of open boom sections, this can be used when necessary at the ends of rows. With the (+) and (-) switch you can increase or decrease the current application rate when your field requires a quick change.
GPS INPUT The EZ-Boom system uses GPS to measure the speed and position of the vehicle which determines the flow rate and the on-off boom switching. As with all Trimble guidance and automated steering systems you simply need to decide the accuracy your farming operation requires.	CONNECTORS One cable connects the EZ-Boom system to the EZ-Guide Plus lightbar or the FieldManager display. Another cable connects the EZ-Boom system directly to most existing flow meters and valves, so the EZ-Boom system is simple to plug and play into your sprayer system- adding automatic boom switching all in the same box!
EX-GUIDE PLUS LIGHTBAR With the EZ-Boom system you have the option of using your exixting EZ-Guide Plus lightbar to provide simple real-time visual feedback of the area you are covering and what booms are currently on and off. Of course the EZ-Guide Plus system will also keep you online with the bright LED lightbar, or with hands-free steering connected to the EZ-Steer system PERSCRITION RATES With the FieldManager display, the system will automatically log data, providing as-applied mapping and also allows farmers to import variable rate prescriptions to use when required.	FIELDMANAGER DISPLAY With the EZ-Boom system the FieldManager display will provide advanced color real-time visual feedback of the area you are covering and what booms are currently on and off, all th while logging this data to the CompactFlash card for later use. Of course coupled with the RTK Autopilot system you will get sub-inch automated guidance.
